1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AGC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AGC is a personal tracking application you configure for your own condition — a disease and its symptoms, a recovery journey, or a habit or wellness goal. It is designed to help you record how you feel, identify patterns, and prepare for appointments or milestones.

The Service may include:

• Daily logging with scales, counts, durations, and choices
• Timestamped events and scored self-check-ins
• Pattern detection and streak tracking
• Visit and milestone preparation with question lists
• PDF report generation for sharing with your care team
• Optional AI-powered pattern observations (opt-in)
• An optional, opt-in Weather feature on select templates
• Reminders for daily check-ins

3. Not Medical Advice

AGC is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

• The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
• Self-check-ins (such as PHQ-9 or GAD-7) are meant to help you share with your care team — they are not a diagnosis
• Pattern observations (including AI-generated ones) are informational only — they highlight what you logged, not what it means medically
• Alerts and flags are based solely on thresholds you set — they do not indicate medical urgency
• If a mood check-in indicates thoughts of self-harm, the app surfaces crisis resources (for example, 988 in the US). If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line right away.
• Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions

4. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter
• We recommend enabling biometric lock (available in the app) to protect your data

5. Your Data

You own your data. We store it securely to provide the Service to you. Reproductive and cycle tracking is device-only and never sent to our servers.

• You may export your data at any time via PDF reports
• You may delete individual entries or your entire account at any time
• We do not sell, license, or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service on behalf of another person without their consent
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app is designed to work offline — your data is stored locally and synced when connectivity is restored.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GKTech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
