How to delete

Option 1: In the app

1. Open AGC
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap "Erase & start over" — this immediately deletes your account and all of its data, then lets you set up fresh
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: By email

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
2. Subject line: "Account deletion request"

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is permanently removed

Everything under your account is permanently removed, including:

• Account credentials and profile
• Your conditions and their configuration
• Trackables
• All logged values, events, and notes
• Scored self-check-ins
• Medications and doses
• Visits and milestones
• Reminders, flags, and streak data

Because every row cascades from your account, deleting the account removes all of it. We do not retain any health data after deletion. There is no recovery option once deletion is complete.

Timeline & residue

• Live database: deletion is immediate.
• Encrypted backups: may temporarily retain data for up to 30 days until the next backup rotation. After rotation, your data is gone from all systems.
• Anonymized usage metrics: non-identifying counts (never linkable to you) may persist.

We do not retain your health data after deletion for marketing, training, re-targeting, or any purpose other than providing the Service while your account is active.

Device-only data (cycle / reproductive)

Reproductive / cycle tracking is stored only on your device and never reaches our servers, so deleting it is entirely local: remove the condition in the app, or uninstall the app, and it is gone. There is nothing for us to delete on the server because we never received it.

On-device photos

Home-screen and "why" photos live only on your device. Removing them in the app, or uninstalling, deletes them; they were never uploaded.

Partial deletion

If you want to remove specific data without deleting your entire account, you can do so directly in the app:

• Remove individual entries, notes, events, or visits
• Remove trackables from a condition
• Disable and clear AI observations

Questions

If you believe your deletion request has not been honored within the 30-day window, reply to your original email and we will escalate.
